Meta India Head Ajit Mohan to Join Snap

Meta India head Ajit Mohan is joining Snap Inc. Quitting his role at Meta, he will serve as the President of the APAC business of Snap.
Mohan played an important role in shaping and scaling Meta’s India operations; he joined the company in 2019 as a VP and MD of the India business. During his stint, Facebook added over 300 million users in India for Instagram and WhatsApp, ramped up the commerce engine of WhatsApp, and made a few ambitious investments in businesses like Jio Platforms. The company grew its India revenues by more than 70 percent to $2.1 billion in the last fiscal.
