What are the top challenges that technology leaders face in the current circumstances post pandemic?

In the current circumstances post pandemic, technology leaders face various challenges, including how to take full advantage of the current and upcoming technologies and make them fit the unique needs of their business, providing qualitative and quantitative benefits. Additionally, due to the lack of available talent and increased turnover of tech staff, CIOs must come up with creative solutions to address these issues.

What are you doing to overcome these challenges and suggestions to the CIOs / peers to overcome the current challenges?

To counteract the lack of qualified IT personnel and high turnover, I have proposed a system for bringing in interns from colleges, training them on our domain and technologies, and nurturing them for a year and a half until they reach their full potential. Additionally, we are looking at ways to deploy off-the-shelf technology solutions, which can reduce the reliance on our own staff. I think CIOs should be mindful of their business requirements when making decisions.

What are the top influential technologies that will revolutionize / shape-up your industry in the next two years?

In the next two years, a highly agile, adaptable and fast technology will be critical in shaping up the financial services market that caters to the agro ecosystem. This technology should have the ability to quickly respond to the unique needs of this sector and its customers, making it a game-changer for the industry. We have already begun to make strides in this direction and look forward to the continued success of this technology.
